Historic Oakland is seeking an energetic, sales & marketing oriented individual to fill our full-time Facility & Sales Coordinator position. This position works closely with our clients in selling Historic Oakland for both social events and meetings. The position manages the entire client experience from inquiry to tours, to contract execution and client management up to the event date. The position also markets the venue for new business and community events hosted at Historic Oakland using social media platforms and other marketing strategies.
This is a full-time, exempt position, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM. Historic Oakland at Town Center Community Association is a non-profit organization which offers health insurance, 401K with a 6% company match after 1-year of service, generous vacation and sick leave, and complimentary fitness package for the employee. 1 year sales experience, required.
Hiring Salary Range: $36,000-$48,000
