Learn about high blood pressure during this Interactive workshop. High blood pressure (hypertension) can cause serious health problems if you don't manage it. During this presentation, participants will have the opportunity to learn about high blood pressure complications, who is at risk, and common symptoms of high blood pressure. The same class will be offered in Spanish following this presentation. This class is offered in partnership with Fallbrook Family Health Center.
