The Matrix Model is a structured, multi-component behavioral treatment model that consists of evidence-based practices. The Matrix Model is a structured, multi-component behavioral treatment model that consists of evidence-based practices, including relapse prevention, family therapy, group therapy, psycho-education, and self-help, delivered in a sequential and clinically coordinated manner. This training will cover Matrix basics of the Core Adult training with an emphasis on addressing the substance use and behaviors that lead to involvement in the justice system. Addressing reintegration back into the community and the family, employment and barriers that cause difficulty when justice involved. This training will also provide ways to provide treatment in an integrated approach.
