Buscando una pareja o 1 persona, que no trabaja o 1 este retirado para manager de un edificio. Tenemos varios edificios disponibles en el momento actual. NO OFRECEMOS SALARIO, pero a cambio recibe un apartamento con alquiler reducido mensual. Uno de los edificio es solo 7 apartamentos en la planta baja (ofrecemos al manager un estudio con bano separado por $600 con agua y fumigacion incluida). Tenemos otro edificios tambien mas grande. Los requisitos son los siguientes: trabajo muy ligero requerido como: • Recoger el alquiler de los inquilinos • Informar a la oficina a través de texto cosas que los inquilinos le reporta roto • Abrir y cerrar la puerta de la lavandería en el edificio • Mantener limpio (Tenemos un equipo de mantenimiento que hace todas las reparaciones y la yerba) • Responder llamadas y mostrar apartamento cuando uno se quede vacante NO PUEDE TENER DESALOJOS O REGISTRO CRIMINAL para esta posición y debe saber cómo enviar mensajes de texto a través del teléfono celular. We have several buildings available at the current moment. WE DO NOT OFFER SALARY but in return you receive an apartment with reduced rent monthly. One building is only 7 apartments on the ground floor (we offer manager a studio for $600, water and fumigation included). We have other apartments larger as well in other buildings. The requirements are as follows: very light work required such as: • Collect monthly rent from tenants • Report to our office via text things tenants report that they may have broken in unit • Open in the am and close in the pm the laundry door in building • Maintain exterior clean (We have a maintenance team that does all repairs and landscaping) so it is just maintain clean. • Answer calls and show apartment when one becomes vacant CANNOT HAVE EVICTIONS OR CRIMINAL RECORD for this position and must know how to text pictures via cell phone.
