From the City of Dunedin: May 16, 2022 Earn your way to a fun and rewarding job this summer - become a Certified Lifeguard! Dunedin Parks & Recreation is offering a Lifeguard Training class at Highlander Pool for ages 15 and older. Participants will learn life sustaining skills in water and on land. Certification includes Lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid. After successful completion, candidates have the opportunity to apply to work at Highlander Pool. Participants must pass the pre-course swim test and attend all classes. Lifeguard Training Ages 15+ Swim Test: Tues, May 24, 5:00pm Class: Sat & Sun, June 4-12, 10am-5pm Location: Highlander Pool $240/person Fee will be reimbursed after 90 days of employment with the City of Dunedin.
