Laborer needed for some coil cleaning at apts

Need a fit dependable person to work doing preventative maintenance at some apt in area, cleaning coils, someone mechanical inclined would be great. It’s a pretty much washing hvac coils on inside and outside units. Pretty straightforward work, a lot of hose moving around and spraying cleaner on coils and washing it off and changing filters inside. Easy work.
