I mean...what usable data are you receiving from hearing what somebody did with an unrelated band? Don't you wanna know what they can do for you? Wait... where are *your* video links, showing *your* skills and vibe? Why aren't you willing to put forth what you ask for?-------> anyone asking for links to video is concerned about image. I get that, but I reject it...regardless, that is a choice up to whomever is given the power of selection. If you show what *you've* got on offer first then you (1) save the time of guitarists who don't vibe on what they see/hear, and (2) save your own time because you never have to review their video or correspond with them. -----------> any band posting here for member should most definitely provide links. Every individual looking to fill a slot should have a demo available but also should be provided the opportunity to prove their worth, therefore every band should have a sample of one of their songs, without vocals of course, to provide individuals the info they need to decide if it's even right for them. It doesn't even have to be one of the bands songs...how long would it take a decent band to record a simple 4/4 for 30 seconds on a jam? The problem here is arrogance. Your arrogance, the arrogance of the OP, and the arrogance of all the bands requiring ridiculous crap instead of going out of their way for half an hour to do what's right for everyone.
