MILFORD, CT — Milford police are asking for the public's help to locate Jennifer Sullivan, 45. Sullivan lives in New London, but was reported missing by her mother in Milford on Jan. 30. She was last seen Jan. 5 leaving her residence on foot. Sullivan is 5 feet 2 inches tall, has long blonde curly hair and blue eyes. She has a Grateful Dead bear tattoo on her ankle and a fairy tattoo on her back.
