We are seeking Osha 40 Hazwoper Certified Environmental Field Technicians Work will include but not be limited to working with on-site staff to load waste into trucks for onsite transfer into rail cars for off site shipment. In this position you will: Line trucks and rail cars Directing trucks Sealing loads for shipment Decontamination of equipment In addition to the accountabilities above, other responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables may be assigned to the incumbent of this position Requirements: Apply basic knowledge of relevant principles and tools, as directed Apply standard protocol for work, as directed Communicate effectively by written and verbal means Perform multiple concurrent tasks and meet timelines, as directed Work well independently and as a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift for long periods of time Ability to repetitively lift up to 40 pounds or 1/3 of your body weight as needed Ability to work outside in inclement weather 40 HR HAZWOPER Training Ability and willingness to work at heights Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Prior experience as a Laborer Education High School diploma or GED is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on large construction projects
