Looking for someone that can do punch list in new homes. MUST HAVE DONE PUNCH OUT IN NEW HOMES TO QUALIFY. ENGLISH IS A MUST ALSO. Must know how to do the following: Touch up cabinets Crown molding Shoe molding Baseboards Adjust doors and windows Install appliances Drywall patch Paint touch up Basically, the more you know, the more work you will have. Must have own tools and transportation, no van or tall ladders needed as long as you can fit your tools and a small step ladder in your car. This is not a contract job, it pays by the hour only so no reason to call if you're looking to contract the job. We can keep you busy all year long with at least 40 hours per week. Must have a positive attitude and be communicative.
