Upturn any loaves that have turned over or have fallen on the side. Reject any damaged or defective bread. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality. Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications One year of similar experience preferred.
