In this pure form, cacao can expand the cardiovascular system up to forty percent, allowing for the healing of heart wounds from the past and the present. This elevated state also allows for the clearing and releasing of unhelpful thoughts and behaviors holding us back from accessing our best self, assisting in clarifying one's purpose and direction in life.
