Mind the Gap: Equitable Housing and Homeownership To commemorate Juneteenth, Hannibal Square Community Land Trust presents a conversation about the intersection of race and housing in America. This roundtable event will continue the discussion about homeownership in underserved communities and its impact on the growing wealth gap in the United States. Our featured panelists are experts in their fields who have a passion for community development and creating opportunities for revitalization without gentrification. The event begins with a mix and mingle at 5:30PM with heavy hors d’ oeuvres and a cash bar. Be ready to share your thoughts and questions as guest participation is encouraged. Featured panelists: Patrick Panza AICP - Assistant Planning Manager at GAI: Patrick is an expert in analyzing and designing community development solutions. Claudia Ray - Director of Urban Design at RVI Planning and Landscape: Claudia has led urban design projects across the nation, creating livable cities, communities and places. Pastor Andre Martin - Founder and Senior Pastor of Divine Truth Christian Center: His church is focused on restoration and the marketplace to provide an environment to uplift the community.
