Will be responsible for working on multiple buildings and construction sites. Benefits available after probation period (90 days). Job Description: (Experience Preferred) • Metal Flashing Installers • A Working “CDL” Driver (Highly Needed) *** NOT just a driver, must work on the crew *** • Concrete Finishers, Finisher Foreman (Highly Needed) • Pump Operator, Stucco/Plaster Pump Operator • Waterproofing, Deck System Applicators • Skilled Construction Laborers (Able to lift 50 lbs plus) Job Requirements: •Able to handle a construction environment •Operate hand and power tools •Use measuring equipment Ideal Candidates: •Bilingual English and some Spanish •Committed to safety at all times •Excellent attendance •Great Attitude & effort *Required: Valid Driver’s License Reliable Vehicle Drug Testing "E" Verify (U.S. Citizenship) Minimum Osha-10 Hour (Osha 30 for Foreman) Hand Tools (Some are provided)
