Centennial Olympic Park Fireworks Show In Atlanta Set To Return July 3

FULTON COUNTY, GA — After a two-year hiatus, the southeast's largest fireworks show is returning to Centennial Olympic Park. Hosted by Georgia World Congress Center Authority, the all-new patriotic celebration, titled "Look Up Atlanta" will take place on Sunday, July 3rd. Gates open at 5 p.m. and fireworks will start at around 9:30 p.m. In 2020, Atlanta's main fireworks celebration in Centennial Olympic Park was canceled due to the increase in COVID-19 cases as an effort to reduce large gatherings. The event will showcase the best of Atlanta including its sports teams, cultural diversity, food and art scene, reported WGCL-TV. There will be entertainment and music, along with family friendly activities, the news station reported. The "Look Up Atlanta" show will have live on-air coverage exclusively on PeachtreeTV.
