My dad was a union mechanic for years and at the tail end of 2020 I worked in a union warehouse.
Money for nothing describes a majority of union workers perfectly.
The thing is, my dad wasn’t a union drone and he worked(and even retirement he still works hard.) he’s in the minority though
Where I worked however, management was a bunch of lazy fucks who never wanted to fix anything but really wanted to blame you every time you weren’t doing something to their liking.
But boy howdy did they love to make you sign stuff like for holiday schedules. You can sign it or not sign it but if you don’t sign it we’re gonna make you sign it anyway.
