24 Hour Flood Pros is a full service Restoration Company operating in 3 states and growing. We are looking for someone to join our growing team!! Technician Job Duties: Calling, Scheduling, and meeting with home or business owners to assess damage Properly remove any affected materials, and place the proper amount of equipment for the space Perform demolition to include Baseboard, Drywall, Cabinets, Flooring, and several other building material Completing documentation to include moisture readings, photos, demo sheets, documenting notes into online system Able to utilize basic construction tools (hammer, channel locks, crow bar, screwdriver), cleaning up trash and debris Candidates must possess the following Skills/Characteristics: - Strong Communication, both written and verbal - Positive attitude - Desire for growth and success - Computer and tablet common knowledge/history - Ability to work within a team, and independently ***Opportunities are endless and we prefer in house promotions.*** Required Qualifying Factors: Able to perform physical labor and lift up to 75 lbs High School or Equivalent education
