Local Asphalt / Sealcoat Company Crew Member (Elk River) Full Time Come work with a Family-owned, Local Company! We have a small close-knit team with an Awesome, Flexible, Personable, Friendly, Family work culture! Join a fast-growing company, we work hard, taking pride in our customer service and workmanship. Experience is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Starting Range $18.00 - $23.00, Safety bonuses, Overtime, Some weekend work, and optional winter work. Benefits including 401K profit sharing available after 90 Days. Requirements and Qualifications: Fairly Clean Driving Record Punctuality / Reliability Flexibility Ability to follow instructions Work Independently Close attention to details and safety Duties and Responsibilities: Asphalt and Seal Coat Residential and Commercial locations, various job sites per daily schedule. Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials at job sites. Perform various duties for site prep, hot rubber crack filling, applying sealcoat. We do plow in the Winter so year around work is an option.
