Ranked top 1% in the Nation, we specialize in Roofing, Siding, Windows/Doors, and Gutters. Currently supporting Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin markets, we home base in Anoka, MN. With many accolades in quality, installation excellence and service; we are seeking to add to our growing production team someone with a high-level of experience in a Senior Management roll. This position is full time, permanent and non-seasonal located in Anoka, MN. An average work week is Monday – Friday with a monthly on-call calendar shared with many of your peers because we believe in a work-life balance. Primary Responsibilities* • Onboarding and management of sub-contractor crews to ensure quality comes first with detailed tracking of excellence and inefficiencies. • Direct daily meetings for allocation of team member duties and team coordination • Control supply chain negotiations and material pricing • Participate in weekly production workflow meetings and maintain excellent team communication throughout project timeline. • Strong industry product and installation knowledge with efforts in continued education • Review Material Take-Offs and Production packets for material orders. • Issues Material and Work Orders for all jobs by trade • Work closely with financial operations on chargebacks and invoice approvals • Geographical knowledge to ensure efficient execution of jobs • Ensure excellent customer experience through managing support from production administration and field managers. • Lead pre-construction meetings for large projects and perform occasional field support as needed. • Execute SOPs to ensure effective time management from team members • Manage fleet vehicle maintenance logs are maintained by team members. • Excellent time management between job sites • Responsible for maintaining project schedules with efficiency. • Execution of proper paperwork related to job sites, receipt tracking and project management. *Experience of the above items are required NexGen Exteriors strives to provide our employees with the earnings they deserve.
