General Contractor level 1 & 2 positions available. $17-$25 per hour, full time, Monday- Friday, W2 position with flexible schedules. No overtime requirements and potential for PTO and bonuses! Pay is based on experience. Experience is not required but always a plus. About our company and the work we do: We contract with a national property management company to update recently purchased homes in the Louisville area. These homes are not occupied and once complete will be rentals. Most properties require interior cosmetic work to get them rent ready. Work such as painting, hanging blinds, installing new light fixtures, changing outlet and switches, changing faucets, other bathroom and kitchen updates, etc. Exterior work may be included as well. Such as pressure washing, fixing a fence, tearing down old sheds, trimming bushes, cleaning gutters, etc. We operated Monday - Friday during normal business hours and allow flex schedules after an on boarding period. Most work will be independent with little supervision after on boarding so being self motivated and eager to learn is a must. If you have any questions please send a message!
