I'm not sure you are qualified to assess the state of racism in this here republic. Have you ever been close to a black person? Make friends with someone who is black. Preferably someone who descended from enslaved ancestors, but it can be a recent immigrant too. Ask them what their experience is like, being black in the United States in 2022. There is much you do not perceive as a white person. I don't say that to be condescending.
