Missing Orange Tabby Cat

Our very old orange/carmel cat has not come home today. He looks like he is in really bad shape and we are concerned someone may have had good intentions of helping him when he was out today. He has never been fond of letting strangers pet him but this has changed with his dementia and he has allowed people to approach him recently. His name is Francis. He has a grey flea collar. He is a wobbly, stiff walker and has patches of hair missing. He is very thin. His condition has worsened in just the past few days and we have limited his access outside away from us. We are at E 25th and Onyx at the base of the Masonic cemetery. Francis has never wandered beyond a couple houses away. We are very worried and concerned he has either been picked up by someone or found a hidden spot to spend his last bit of time here on earth.
