The ideal candidate will also have a well-rounded background in construction with some basic knowledge of all commercial construction trades. Experience in public works or government projects is preferred. JOB DUTIES • Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites, including but not limited to rough framing, doors and windows, concrete formwork, and finish carpentry. • Follow blueprint and building plans. • Lead small teams to accomplish carpentry needs on construction sites. • Install structures and fixtures, help erect, level, and install building framework. • Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. • Operate hand and power tools of all types. DESIRED SKILLS • Experience in Commercial construction and in public works or government projects. • Quality Control implementation. • Flexible schedule. • Leadership skills. REQUIRED • 2+ Years Carpentry experience. • Experience and ability to run small carpentry crews. • Clean Driving Record and valid WA Driver’s License. • Successful Background Check. • Proper attire as needed for safety, weather, and job conditions.
