Job Summary RAM Mounts is seeking an organized and professional office administrator to coordinate office activities and operations and provide reception at the corporate office front desk. As the first impression seen by clients and staff alike, the receptionist sets the tone for creating a welcoming environment for all visitors to our Seattle office. In addition to managing the front desk, this role will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the office staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Specific Duties • Coordinate office activities and operations as assigned on and offsite, within company procedures • Maintain stock of office supplies and support budget organization in regards to general office expenses • Facilitate office maintenance (plant care, front landscaping, filing maintenance tickets) • Provide some functions for employee on-boarding, employee exits and department transfers for office staff • Manage employee anniversary gift program • Assist with printer and scanner needs including scanning all company POs • Assist with customer visits and facilitate meeting scheduling and note taking, as assigned • Maintain break areas including coffee machine, stocking and ordering snacks and managing related budget and vendor contracts • Maintain a list of checked-in and checked-out electronic devices for office employee use • Back-up assistance for customer service team as urgent needs arise • Manage employee apparel tracking and distribution • Facilitating and maintaining vendor relationships throughout the company • Assisting project managers with corporate improvements • Company expansion projects (Funiture/Office Builds) • ‘Zero to Landfill’ waste project • Manage company wide feedback tool • Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates • Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests • Manage interdepartmental communications • Assisting production with facilities purchasing • Duties as assigned Qualifications • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organization and leadership abilities • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic budgeting principles • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications • 2-3 years managing a front desk and facilitating office administration Benefits - 401(k) matching - Employee assistance program - Employee discount - Health insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) - Health savings account - Life insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave - Referral program This full-time position is located in our Seattle office.
