Description

Sutter Home and Hearth is looking for a skilled Install Coordinator to assist the Install department manager. This person will perform or aid in all install and estimating department administrative and scheduling duties. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, with an aptitude for organization, efficiency, and collaboration. While primarily an office-based role, this position will also be responsible to perform field duties in a support and training capacity. Sutter Home and Hearth will provide job training for specialty product knowledge. Required Qualifications: • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Organization and time management skills • 2+ years administrative experience • Excellent customer service & people skills • Valid driver license with clean driving record • High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: • Construction experience • Project or office management experience • Hearth product and hearth industry knowledge and experience strongly preferred This position includes: • Full time role • Paid Health & Dental Insurance • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Retirement Plan
