General Description: Looking for the right talent to help with my growing business. I am a restoration contractor who focuses on storm related contracts with homeowners and commercial business owners who is looking for someone to help out with my claim overload. Daily Tasks: Meet with homeowners and business owners, adjusters, and installation crews to restore home owner's and business owner's properties after a hail, wind, fire, or water claim after they have incurred an insurance loss. We manage the document and estimate the damages, follow through with the restoration project, and negotiate with the insurance company to restore the property back to pre-storm condition. We also do cash bids and marketing. Qualifications: Must have cell phone, car, and be okay with driving to and from appointments. Must be able to lift up to 75 LBS and work outside in the sun. Would prefer someone with computer skills, a background in the trades, and a professional response time with customers. I am looking for someone who would like to learn the restoration industry as a career as the potential for full time hire can earn you unlimited income. Must be willing to cold call, meet with clients face to face (direct sales), and B2B experience. Starting pay will be negotiated upon hire depending on previous experience as there is a potential to hire full time and make this a life long career.
