Hello Denver Neighbors! I provide house cleaning in the Denver area as well as within a 50-mile radius. I can provide service as far as Wyoming. Some of the services I provide are as follows: Senior living cleaning: A low flat rate of $50 for small living areas/homes (Depending on house/apt size) General Cleaning: - Empty Garbage - Dust & Polish - Vacuum all floors and carpets - Mop all tile and hard wood flooring - Clean inside appliances (upon request) - Dishwasher load and unload (upon request) In addition to general cleaning: - Change sheets (upon request) - Make beds (upon request) 1 bed/1 bath $100 flat rate fee (recommend 3-hour cleaning) Anything larger than a 1 bed/ 1 bath please reach out for a quote Move-ins & Move-outs: - Last minute rental cleaning (I'm available 24/7) - Vacation rental Cleaning Laundry Services: -Wash, dry and fold - Pick up and drop off First load 6:00 am Last load 6:00 pm Mild Hoarding Cleanup: (Please email or call-in advance) Discuss the situation to make appropriate accommodations in advance. Please keep in mind some cleanings take an hour while others are more extensive. Please keep in mind it is my duty to be very respectful and courteous to all of my clients. I come from a medical background: BLS/CPR certified, Youth Mental Health First Aid USA National Council for Behavioral Health. The stress of an overly cluttered home can be overwhelming and produce hopelessness and mental/physical exhaustion. Those who hoard usually experience embarrassment about their possessions and feel uncomfortable when others see them. Working around my clients is a must and we can come up with a plan together!
