We are hiring for a full-time, year-round landscaper with DLR Properties. We are a property management company looking to add to our landscaping crew. Our main office is located in downtown Coeur d'Alene, and we manage properties in the greater Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and Rathdrum area. General duties will include: Spring/summer/fall: maintaining lawns, sidewalks, driveways and other ground features by operating lawn equipment, such as, mowers, electrical clippers, chain saws, and weed whackers. Lawn care includes mowing and edging lawns, laying mulch, maintaining plants and flowers, trimming trees and removing all debris. Applying fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees will be a part of the duties as well. Winter: Snow removal at all of our properties including all sidewalks, driveways and parking lots. Skills Required: Must be familiar with the usage of maintenance equipment, must be able to lift heavy equipment, identify any problems that may arise and find a resolution and work independently with attention to detail.
