Seeking a strong, intelligent person for sporadic, high-paying work. The ideal candidate will have another income source that allows them to come and go as they please. Number of available hours is expected to increase from sporadic to full-time, if desired. Main duties include: -Driving: You must have your own vehicle that you will use to get to work sites and pick up supplies. -Setting up work spaces: This involves a little heavy lifting, crouching, being on your knees, etc. -Helping your technician by handing tools, holding lights, operating vehicle functions, etc. -Engaging customers in conversation, keeping them clear of the work area, filtering information they provide to you and relaying it to the technician. -General cleanup and final finishing steps on jobs such as putting away equipment, disposing of waste, etc. Time on work sites will vary considerably. Distances to work sites can also vary considerably but tends to be less than 15 miles. Mileage is compensated at $0.25/mile plus hourly. Your hours are calculated from when you show up on a job site to when you leave unless the job site is far away, in which case you'll be on the clock for part of your drive to and from the job site as well. Compensation: $15/hour for your first ten hours. $30/hour thereafter. Employment type: 1099 to start, W-4 thereafter. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and MVR check.
