Our agency is looking to hire a Full-Time Field Manager based in DC to manage an emerging, alkaline water brand for a hybrid guerilla/special event sampling program. The ideal candidate has experience with guerrilla sampling teams and in working with food/beverages. Position details: • Weekly salary: $1,600 (before taxes, W2 employee) • Full-time position, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as per market needs • Contract dates: May 23, 2022 – October 16, 2022 Responsibilities: • Leverage/research in-market connections with event contacts and influencers to schedule key guerilla/local accounts and sponsored events to build out event schedule • Manage, train and schedule team of Brand Ambassadors • Oversee all activations including product drops, event product donations, guerilla sampling and sponsored events • Oversee set up and breakdown of 10x10 event footprint • Responsible for admin tasks that include event execution reports, event photos, BA check-ins, sampling numbers, budget tracking and more • Manage and oversee branded company vehicle (cargo van) • Manage storage unit and product & assets inventory Requirements: • 1+ yrs. of field management exp., especially in overseeing sampling teams in food/beverage space • Valid DL and clean driving record; willing to submit proof of clean driving record • Have a team of brand ambassador referrals • Previous exp. driving branded company vehicle • Open availability and must be able to commit to a full-time role **To apply, reply with contact info, resume, and why you would be a good fit for the role.**
