Hello- We are in need of a seasonal Equipment Operator and Laborer. Tasks include operating miscellaneous equipment such as large Agriculture tractors, skid loaders, heavy duty pickups, semis (no CDL required) and telehandlers. This job can be molded to fit what you desire and your availability. This job does include periodically lifting 50 lbs repetitively. This is a seasonal job part or full time on our Organic crop farm. We offer a fun place to work and REALLY good pay as well as flexible hours. Please let us know what your experience is and how many hours per week and time of day you prefer to work. We are open to part or full time. We are looking for someone who can work a minimum of 4 hours per day at least 1 day per week. We have enough work for 5+ days per week and 8-10 hours per day if that is what you desire. Again, this is a very flexible position (both tasks performed and hours worked per day/week are up to you). If you have ever wanted to work on an Organic crop farm or wonder what it is like to be a farmer, give us a shout. No experience required. Weekdays, weekends, days and evenings are available but not required. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, displays attention to detail and has a mid to high level of general competency. This is a seasonal job that will start immediately and end in June/ July 2022. We are located 20 minutes from Rochester. We grow corn, soybeans, wheat and peas. We have a modern line of equipment that is comfortable and easy to operate.
