Cleaner needed for vacation rental house cleaning *$25-$30 per hour*

iTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation property management company servicing a two hour radius from Mount Hood to Lincoln City and everything in between. The properties we manage can be found on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc. We are currently looking for experienced Housekeepers to service the many properties which we currently manage. *This is not a full time employment job. Cleaners are paid on a per clean bases according to the size of the home, which typically evens out to roughly $25-$30+ per hour*. As a cleaner for iTrip Vacations, you will be expected to bring your own supplies to each job. You will need to provide and restock toilet paper rolls (2) for each bathroom, paper towels (2), hand soap, dishwashing pods (4), laundry detergent pods (4), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. As long as you purchase your supplies in bulk, your total cost per home for the supplies you’ll use and leave in the home, should cost you between $6-$10 dollars per home. As a small company, we all wear many hats and do what it takes to get the job done in a timely manner and provide exceptional service to our customers. If this sounds like a group of people you’d like to be a part of, here’s a short summary of the job duties and what we’re looking for: Vacuuming floors and furnishings Sweeping and mopping hard floor surfaces Cleaning, dusting, wiping down all surfaces and furniture Cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing all kitchen and bathroom areas including cabinets, toilets, sinks, appliances and bathing areas Doing dishes / Emptying dishwasher Emptying and sanitizing all waste baskets Stripping all linens off of beds, towels from bathroom, and laundering back to like new Making all beds, resetting towels, restocking amenities (dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) Check for marks on walls and clean as necessary Exterior sweeping and cleaning of outdoor furnishings. Report any damage, hazards, repairs as found immediately Perform other duties as assigned Must be able to lift/push/carry/pull 25 to 30 pounds
