Taking quotes on a new Deck 10ft x 12ft

I'm looking for a quote to put a new deck at my house. 10ft Long 12 ft wide with a 4ft wide steps. Pretty much the same layout as it is now. But with a 4ft wide steps instead of 3ft. It's all need replaced. So need tore out as well. Price on composite. And what type of railing you suggest that is sturdy.
