YOU: - ALL Labor and tools - Demo and remove old tub/shower, walls (3 walls), shower head and mixing valve - install tiled roll in/walk in shower. Shower 60 inches x 32 inches. 7-8 ft height tiled walls. Chip concrete floor 2-3 inches down (replace with mortar) for shower slope to drain or sometimes tileable shower base with slope already - install plastic tile trim - install new shower drain and pipe - install new shower lines with pex - install new shower mixing valve and mixing handle - install new shower head, wand, and bar - install 3 grab bars and wall mounted folding shower chair - install 2 porcelain shower corners for soap and shampoo - Fully clean bathroom and any area that gets dirty from demo and shower remodel ME: - I provide ALL the materials (except cleaning materials provided by YOU) - I provide trailer for demo and I haul demo all materials used for all jobs are the same. Multiple jobs available. Most jobs in San Antonio area.
