Description
Temporary assignments
1. Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
2. Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
3. Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
4. Digs pits, trenches, and foundations in preparation for job site construction. *
5. Conducts work with proper safety restraints. *
6. Lifts heavy loads up to 70 pounds and navigates construction job site terrain. *
7. Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
8. Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
9. Shows up every day, on time and ready to work. *
10. Performs other duties as needed.
Equipment:
• Jack hammer
• Pipe saw
• Shovel
• Rake
• All miscellaneous hand tools
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
