landscaping and/or gardening help needed

Description

1) I need someone who can create a small area (about 16' x 3') suitable for placing wooden planters. The area would need to be dug down about 3", sand placed and leveled, then gravel placed and leveled, then planters placed and soil added. Would prefer someone with experience. 2) I also need some other help with gardening (weeding, planting, watering, turning compost, etc.) I'm fine with hiring someone who just wants to do 1) or 2), or someone who wants to do both.
