Descrition RevFit Alliance is looking for a Street Team to help spread the word about our new studio opening in Alliance (Heritage Trace). The Street Team will be responsible for distributing flyers and other promotional materials to local residents. This is a contract position with flexible hours. How it Works At the beginning of each week, Street Team members will be sent options for shifts. Shifts can be claimed on a first come first served basis. If a shift is chosen, it will start and end at RevFit Alliance, where you may clock in, pick up your materials for distribution, and then clock out at the end of your shift. In most cases, Street Team members will be provided a specific route or destination for distribution. For example: hand out tagged water bottles to stopped cars at the corner of 35W and Heritage Trace Pwky place flyers on cars at Presidio Towne Crossing place flyers on cars at Alliance Town Center Street Team members also have the option of determining their own distribution route. For example: maybe you are familiar with a neighborhood, school, event, or other group that could be targeted for distribution. Materials for distribution will include trackable promo codes to each Street Team member (for example, SAVE 50% WITH CODE JOHNNY50). Street team members will receive commissions when people redeem their code, so the more materials that are distributed into the hands of customers the more Street Team members will get paid. Compensation Hourly: $8 per hour Commission: $20 per trackable promo code signup* *paid after RevFit Alliance officially opens and signups confirm their membership purchase Example hourly earnings: 3 hours * $8 per hour = $24 base pay 3 hour shift distribute 300 flyers: 300 flyers * 5% conversion rate = 15 signups 15 signups * $20 per signup = $300 Total compensation for 3 hours of work = $324 = $108 per hour Distribute MORE fyers to eligible buyers in 3 hours than make even MORE per hour!
