Sub-Contractors Needed! We are an REO general contractor searching for quality subcontractors to complete various jobs for our company. ***MUST HAVE $500K WORKERS COMPENSATION AND $1M GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE***. Our main need at this time is for general crews able to complete interior/exterior repaints along with basic repairs needed to bring homes to marketability and safety. Jobs are at a fairly rapid pace with pricing based on volume work. We are also looking for specialty subs such as: -garage doors supplier/installers -licensed electrician for small and large jobs, panel changes, able to pull permits -licensed plumber for small and large jobs, able to pull permits -licensed HVAC contractor for diagnostics, repairs and system replacements -licensed roofers for small and large jobs, able to pull permits -Window glass, shower glass, shower doors, mirrors, shelving contractor -cabinets and countertops -all other trades Work will be around the Southern Maryland and all surrounding areas. You must be able to complete projects within a reasonable distance around the Trifecta Counties such as Prince Georges, Calvert, St. Mary’s, Charles and Anne Arundel. ***Please reply via email with a description of your company, and what type of projects you are able to work on. *** Please have a copy of your insurance coverage available to email to me to verify coverage.
