Salary range $18-$25 per hour PLUS BONUSES (depending on experience) Event Marketing Team Lead Seeking EXPERIENCED Event Marketers/Brand Ambassadors for WEEKEND “Gig” work Job Description The Event Marketing Team Lead will: Be a team leader of event marketers / brand ambassadors Present our product using a script at assigned events each weekend as needed Be responsible for the setup, upkeep, return, and management of the company’s material display assets throughout the process Energetically reach out and engage event attendees at local events either outdoors or indoors Use persuasion to set leads and ensure the company's lead acquisition goals are met Core Responsibilities: Set Up & Break down Event Marketing Booth/Materials Present our product to customers using a predetermined script, getting their attention and educating them about the benefits of our products Set & Enter Leads for our sales team to follow up on Become a knowledgeable spokesperson for our products Create positive brand awareness with consumers, even if they don’t purchase Provide timely reporting and recaps via text and email to the area manager Take responsibility for, maintain, and return in good order, the company’s display materials before, during, and after each event Key Skills/Interests: Professional and polished appearance- must be able to represent the brand Enjoy face to face human interaction (Never met a stranger) Highly personable with clear speech and excellent communication skills Confident, solution-oriented, and motivated to reach goals and exceed them Willing to work flexible hours on the weekend Other Requirements: Reliable vehicle, willing to travel to office and to events, sometimes at a distance Promotional, marketing, or sales experience, customer service experience, people-skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time Must have a smartphone and be able to use it for text, email, photographs Use tracking software while at events Experience with events and/or lead setting Train others and assist with various event tasks Must pass a background check Must be able to work Friday through Sunday, with occasional work on Thursday The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position.
