Light Maintenance / Painting for rental turnovers. Some work examples include: Painting, trim work repairs, blind install, clean outs, toilet maintenance, change out locks and hardware, ect. Must be responsible in communications and neat with clean up after projects. (flexible hours, part time) Apx 20 -30 hours per week - $15 / hour. Must have experience and own transportation.
