🔨Monarch Investment is actively interviewing for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a all full-time and permanent role with a comprehensive benefits package. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/CERTS: EPA, CPO, HVAC 💰 Pay: Up to $21 an hour💰 Full Benefit Package Shared on-call (bonus $70 every week you're on call, even if you don't get a call!) Quarterly bonuses that equal up to $1200 a year _____________________________________________________________ RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to): Paint and stain, both interior and exterior application Drywall and carpentry Turns units (“make readys”) in between tenant occupancy Electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Water heaters, both electric and gas Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances Maintain grounds and general landscaping projects Cleans and makes minor repairs to gutter & downspouts Assists in exterior building maintenance as needed such as siding, soffit and window repairs Assists in preventative maintenance as assigned Assists with snow removal (when applicable) Assists in pool maintenance (where applicable)
