FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE! Paradise Beach Homes, a premier vacation rental company, is hiring reliable individuals who will be responsible for quality assurance and inspections of Pensacola Beach vacation rental properties. WORK IS PART-TIME EVERY SATURDAY AND/OR SUNDAY. PAID TRAINING! $17.50/hour. Hours are generally from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm each day. Duties will include performing property inspections and reporting through our inspection application: The condition/security of each assigned property The cleanliness of the properties to housekeeping Any maintenance issues and repairs that need to be addressed Housekeeping or inspection experience is desirable. Attention to detail, common sense and being self-motivated are all assets in this position. Applicants must have a smart phone, valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Applicants must be able to climb stairs and be able to kneel down to check underneath beds. All training and supplies are provided.
