Retired lady math teacher and mother of 4, age 51, living at a luxury apartment complex named Park Lane Village, 10 minutes walk from Frontrunner Farmington Station. I babysit children under 1 year old, from around 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., for $60 per night introductory rate, my place only. Crib, blankets, baby formula and diapers, etc are all included, if desired, or I can use yours if you prefer. Let me do the midnight feeding while you enjoy a full night's sleep! New mommy special: babies under 2 weeks old and under 10 pounds: $10 per night! Special needs babies, colicky babies all welcome! I've had a special needs baby myself. $60 per 12-hour night in cash only, to be paid in full upon the arrival of baby. Twins: $80.
