Criminal acts being perpetuated by whites against blacks are very rare. But blacks perpetuating crimes against white people is what normally happens. If you would examine the crime data of the Department Of Justice, one can assert that it is the blacks who are violating the civil rights of others. While this incident is unfortunate and unjustified, the main issue should be about the violent black criminal.
