Do you have porter or custodial experience of 1 yr + & want consistent work as an independent Porter/Custodian for a growing company in the Austin Metro area? We have IMMEDIATE openings for independently contracted persons to perform porter/custodial services. Services include but are not limited to:  trash and debris pick up and removal on the exterior of properties, leaf and debris removal from sidewalks, walkways, and public areas,  Emptying trash cans, changing air filters, collecting and taking out trash and recycling  Blowing sidewalks and walkways clear of debris and leaves  Cleaning of common areas in clubhouses and pool areas  Ordering new cleaning supplies, as needed  Some occasional light handyman work may be required, so small hand tools are a plus. You will need:  Reliable transportation to one or more job sites  Pride in the work you complete and high ethics, customer service skills  Common sense, ability to communicate in a clear, brief but detailed manner; verbally and via text/email If so, please contact us at 512-470-5195 for the opportunity to join our TEAM of independent porters/custodians.
