We are a rapidly growing small business in La Porte, TX 77571. We are inclusive and innovative. This position will service a residential pool route. We definitely prefer someone with experience running a pool route - but that's not required. This position will test pool water and add chemicals as needed. This position requires someone that likes to work outdoors, is okay with a labor intensive job, has a good driving record, can self-supervise, is HONEST, motivated and VERY reliable. We are looking for team players! We are looking for a tech with a great attitude who is looking to stay with a company long-term. You need to be able to lift and carry 50 lb. every day, When we say you will work hard - we mean it; this is a fast-paced job - but this is a great company to work for! We are a Christian, family-owned company; have been in business for 17 years, going strong and we are growing! We are looking for a tech that wants to stay with a company for the long-term - not just collect a paycheck for a couple months. This is a full-time permanent position Monday - Friday year-round. You are guaranteed a 40-hour work week even in the winter when the workload slows down. Every employee receives 2 weeks paid vacation each year - the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas. Starting pay $12/hour during training -- our techs average at least $40,000 the first year. We also offer excellent medical insurance and we pay 75% of the employee's premium.
