JOB DETAILS · Experience on a construction crew preferred but not required · Willingness to learn construction skills on-site · Excellent verbal communication skills · Positive and proactive attitude · Must be able to work independently and ask questions as necessary · Entire team is responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean work space · Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites at all times · Working with measuring tape and power tools (saws-all, hammer drills, chipping hammers, jack hammers, etc) · Will be exposed to all facets of construction, from lite demolition to framing to drywall to trim carpentry and all elements in between (will support licensed subcontractors on-site) · Advancement opportunities for those exhibiting consistent professionalism, reliable - quality minded workmanship and leadership abilities. REQUIREMENTS · Able to pass drug and background screening · Have basic hand tools · Must possess valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation · Ability to lift 50+ pounds when material handling · Have eye for quality and hold a high standard of craftsmanship Follow instructions and have a positive and proactive attitude · Good customer service skills · Professional demeanor and appearance COMPENSATION · $20-$22 hourly, commensurate with experience · 40-hours weekly · Bi-weekly Pay · 90-day contractor period—Full time employment after evaluation - Bonus Opportunities
