We are looking for qualified repair people who have working knowledge of general punch list items for new manufactured homes. We are the nation's largest independently owned retailer and we need service techs to complete work such as squaring interior and exterior doors, reattaching loose trim throughout, minor drywall repairs, minor flooring repairs, construction debris clean up.This requires you to have your own tools and transportation and MUST have GENERAL LIABLITY INSURANCE. We need motivated people who want the freedom to work for themselves! Make your own schedule and decide your pay. This is a 1099 position.
