Plastering swimming pools. We are looking to hire a highly motivated person who is a team player. Possibly experienced in swimming pool plastering and finishing. We are willing to train the right person if you have a good attitude and a willingness to learn. We have been in business for over 45 years. Job Responsibilities Applies plaster to pool walls and floor. While precisely troweling your area several times until smooth, flat and completely finished. Mix and prepare plastering materials. Coordinate the staging of the material and masking of job. Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment. · Grading and digging dirt. · Use of hand tools such as trowels, shovels and a pick. · Laying and tying rebar for pool structure. · Help equipment operator, foreman, and other skilled labor when necessary. · Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. · Load or unload construction materials. · Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as forms. · Laying, gluing and cutting for PVC and conduit for plumbing · Perform site and vehicle clean-up. · Follow all safety rules and use proper safety equipment · Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. Job Requirements Lift up to 50+ pounds Minimum 1-year work experience as a construction · Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours Ability to kneel and bend over for long periods Knowledge of operating wheelbarrow, jumping jack, and plate tamper Able to work shifts, at night and on public holidays as required Drug test and background check requirements Must have a valid ID and reliable transportation Must be 21 years of age to operate a company vehicle Must be willing to work in all types of weather Must be willing to work overtime We have an exciting and supportive culture here at Lee-Sure Pools.
