A new homeless development is now in the works. It called Habitats. As the creator of Habitats, I work 10 or more hours a week on recruitment, accounting and planning. As we all know nothing in life is free, but we believe in affordable housing at Habitats. So the goal of our Union is to purchase private land and improve it ourselves. Instead of people congregating in large cities where they cannot get work this is an opportunity for the homeless being treated as people to build a new community. This program is intended to shelter people who live in tents or without private bathrooms because everybody should always have access to electricity running water and cable. When you RSVP, you will receive a notice when Sign-ups are ready to get underway. Until then you will be only given general information, and public information (not private member information). Feel free. We may potentially send you a survey in an unofficial format. Or provide a group of questions that you can start looking at. We would just appreciate your input. Please tell me what I can do to better organize and help.
